The entire hotel was fairly clean, well laid out, and had reasonably large rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed having central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven in the room. the staff were constantly genuinely friendly. the location was good, close to WAFFLE HOUSE in a pretty quiet area.

The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was really big but the tub was slippy and the finish was coming off of the bottom. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast that was included was okay, but not as good as Holiday Inn. Very close to lots of restaurants and stores. We stayed there to be close to Hartville Marketplace and that worked out well. Right next door to WAFFLE HOUSE which was a definite PLUS!

There wasn't a pool - only a hot tub. The breakfast was okay, but could include more items....

The location was marvellous, right by many local amenities and local attractions and many restaurants with in 10 ok n walking distance, and the private parking was an excellent bonus.

There was no water pressure, it kinda bothered us.

This place was pretty clean, and the staff were super pleasant and friendly. It took us about a 30-minute drive to get here from the airport. 🚗.

Very peaceful stay, luxury place. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Friendly service, parking on site. Good pool area too.

Budget friendly, convenient location, fridge and microwave in room

The carpets in stairway and rooms were very smelly, the bathroom showers were poorly maintained with rusty, moldy and bad caulking trying to hide it.

The room was really big and had a jacuzzi, the TV, we reserved it for $53, and the location is great as it's close to everything we wanted to visit.

We loved that for our price range we were able to find a very clean and comfortable hotel. The area was safe and close to the highway. We were very happy with the accommodations.

Wish there wss a pool. There was also only an ice machine on the first floor but the kids loved taking the elavator again.

Included breakfast was very good. Good selection and a great way to save some money on not having to venture to a restaurant. Front desk staff were friendly.

Cigarettes smell in elevator and apparent even in a non smoking wing. Understandably not a direct issue with hotel because cigarettes are a strong odor and allows smoking in some wings. Perhaps upgrade ventilation system!

The hotel's rooms are brand-new and well-organized. the staff is very friendly. the location is unbeatable, close to a WAFFLE HOUSE and local attractions. Plus, it's near many local amenities.

Only two small pillows per.bed. two pillows ok but be full size.

The breakfast was not good at all. Went out to breakfast after the first day. Bed was never made and I had to go to front desk to get towels as the maid did not restock my bathroom. The front desk was not very helpful. Has to stand and lol for someone each time I went to dear as no one was ever in sight. This will be the last time I stay at this location.
